Exchange and Return Policy

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchange and returns on our products.

Please measure your waist and use our size guide before making your purchase.

Processing Time

Most orders placed on weekdays will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. Any orders placed over the weekend will start it processing from Monday and will be shipped within 3-5 days. During period of high volume orders, the processing and shipping will take longer but consumers will be updated in this case.

Pre-orders

Products that are available for pre-order will be shown on the page with the expected shipping date. Once order are placed on pre-order, the  full payment will be taken and there will be no opportunity to cancel your order.

Tracking orders

Once your order has been shipped, an email notification with the shipment tracking reference number will be sent to you.
